項目簡介: The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) will assist HKQAA in assessing the performance of participated companies in terms of brand equity and customers behavioral responses. Survey interviews will be undertaken to collect information from customer and the general public pertaining to the following evaluative criteria: - Brand Awareness - Brand Performance - Loyalty Behavior - Customer Perceived Value - Satisfaction and affection - Emotional responses and connection - Overall environment - Service Standards - Food Quality
